For AIR transportation

1. Contract of transport expedition.
2. Application for the organization of air transportation.
3. Declaration of cargo safety.
4. Declaration for dangerous goods.
5. Air waybill (AWB, MAWB, HAWB).

The following documents must accompany the cargo:

• commercial invoice for cargo (5 originals).
• packing list (at the discretion of the sender / recipient)
• certificate of origin of the goods (at the discretion of the sender / recipient).
• permission to import / export cargo to / from the Republic of Belarus, veterinary, quarantine, phytosanitary certificates (for certain goods at the request of the country of destination).
